Berk Görgeç has been working as Senior Consultant at MRC Türkiye since 2012. He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. He has participated in Energy Management, IPMA Level D Project Management and Finance Training.
He has extensive experience in mathematical modelling and financial analysis of operational activities in electricity distribution/retailing companies & cost benefit analysis; organizational structure review, re-structuring both geographical and functional business units; efficiency analysis with respect business processes and operational functions; examination of distribution system operator characteristic properties, preparation of suitable operational and infrastructural recommendations with best practices.
His works encompass several tasks including but not limited to project management, econometric forecasting of electricity demand, providing consultancy on renewable energy and energy efficiency; CAPEX and OPEX assessment and justification; due diligence studies; providing consultancy on electricity market regulations, data management and EV charging and e-mobility.
