Mehmet Kocaoğlu is the Managing Director of MRC Türkiye and has been working at MRC Türkiye since 2012. He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering obtained from Middle East Technical University.
Upon his graduation, he had worked as Project Engineer, Business Development and Operations Manager in various companies. He is a certified Project Manager (PMP®) and has extensive experience in energy sector with managerial and technical consultancy background.
He had worked as Consultant in various donor-funded projects during the privatization process of the energy sector in Türkiye. He continued his career as Project Manager at MRC Türkiye between 2011 and 2017.
He has extensive experience in the electrical utility management, restructuring / reorganization projects and tariff preparation studies. He is experienced in electrical distribution and retail company efficiency analysis, cross-functional and cross-regional restructuring, operational expense planning, quality in utility operations and project/program management.
