GIS constitutes the unique asset database in EDCos and requires to be updated just after commissioning of network investments, asset maintenance as well as change in connectivity or even basic maneuvers within routine network operation.
Despite systematic implementation of such modifications recently, existing grid lacks migration of various changes due to the GIS data management approach which was adopted before privatization period.
