Emre Hangül has been working as Data Scientist at MRC Türkiye since 2022. He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering obtained from Bilkent University, and Master’s Degree in Data Science obtained from Madrid Technical University.
He had worked previously in Production sector and Information Technologies sectors. He had previously completed a variety of Data Science tasks, such as developing a GUI using Visual Studio for a private hospital’s Performance Management System and applying Machine Learning algorithms with R and Python throughout his Master’s program.
He has practical knowledge about various data analytics and further data-related applications viable within the energy sector, such as the prediction of faulty grid equipment, econometric and spatial demand forecasting, modeling energy efficiency programs, or the creation and management of respective algorithms, GUIs and software for these applications using the corresponding tools such as R, Python, C#, and SQL.
