Göktuğ İbiş has been working as a Junior Management Consultant at MRC Türkiye since the beginning of 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU) and has experience in process optimization, efficiency improvement, and project management.
He has contributed to various projects in energy sector analytics, production processes, and supply chain optimization. His expertise lies in mathematical modeling, optimization, and performance analysis to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, he has worked on energy management strategies, extreme climate resilience in electricity transmission, and data-driven decision-making in power generation and distribution.
His responsibilities include project management, demand forecasting, and providing consultancy on renewable energy and energy efficiency. He is also involved in evaluating and justifying CAPEX and OPEX investments. Leveraging best practices, he has played a key role in consulting projects focused on energy sector optimization, lean manufacturing, and industrial operations, driving strategic and operational improvements.
