Tutku Altay started her journey at MRC Türkiye as a part-time consultant and, in her first year, continues to work as a Junior Management Consultant. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Hacettepe University.
Her expertise lies in constructing mathematical modelling by adhering constraints, optimization, and planning, scheduling, and managing projects by defining tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
Her responsibilities include reporting for feasibility studies, data preparation and analysis, demand forecasting, and providing consultancy on renewable energy and energy efficiency. Also, she works on CAPEX and OPEX justifications, due diligence studies and preparation of suitable operational and infrastructural recommendations with best practices.
