She has been working as Internal Control and Quality Management Specialist at MRC Türkiye since 2024. She holds Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations obtained from İstanbul University.
She has previous experience in the construction sector abroad as a Quality Systems Management and Internal Auditor. She managed the audits of compliance with ISO standards and monitored quality and environmental performance indicators. Provided document management and coordinated with customers and consultant companies within the framework of quality standards and carried out internal process development and improvement studies and organized trainings on internal quality management systems and applications to ensure that team members work in accordance with quality systems and policies. In addition, organized and monitored internal and external audit processes in accordance with management systems.
