Hilal Dikencik has been working as a site chief at MRC Türkiye since 2025. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mersin University and has worked as a site chief in installation/renovation processes at various companies in the electricity distribution sector. During the earthquake period, she worked on many disaster projects in Hatay.
She started her role at the MRC Türkiye Çankırı site as a field engineer in installation works and currently continues her duty as a site chief within the scope of Level 3 maintenance works.
