Ferhat Güneş has been working as an Occupational Safety Coordinator at MRC Türkiye since July 2025.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Eskişehir Osmangazi University, Faculty of Science and Letters (2013). Since 2015, he has been working as an Occupational Safety Specialist, and at the beginning of 2025, he obtained his Class A Occupational Safety Specialist certification, continuing his active professional work.
He has been actively involved in field safety operations, primarily in the construction sector, with a particular focus on energy distribution and transmission line projects. Throughout his career, he has worked with personnel from various disciplines and has taken on managerial roles in initiatives aimed at building and strengthening occupational safety culture within organizations.
He has extensive experience in occupational safety process management, personnel training, risk assessment preparation and implementation, as well as in conducting incident investigations and performing root cause analysis and follow-up activities.
