Gözde Zeynep Üçkol has been working as Business Development Specialist at MRC Türkiye since 2024. She completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science and Public Administration at Bilkent University, complementing her academic journey with an Erasmus+ program at Malmö University in Sweden. She later earned a Master’s degree in Social Policy from Boğaziçi University, with her thesis focusing on pension reforms in Turkey.
Previously, she gained expertise in cross-border workforce planning, compliance with tax and immigration laws, and advising on double taxation treaties and risk management, while fostering global partnerships. Currently, she focuses on business development for international financial institution-funded projects and is actively involved in initiatives across various sectors, including energy, natural resource management, climate change, rural development, agriculture, SMEs, health, and digital transformation.
Her responsibilities at MRC include coordinating tender processes, drafting technical and financial proposals, and collaborating with public institutions, NGOs, and private sector partners. She also contributes to consortium building, monitors tender opportunities, and facilitates expert recruitment and mobilization.
