Halil İbrahim Orak serves as a Business Development Specialist at MRC Türkiye. He specializes in the strategic management of business development cycles and the preparation of complex tender dossiers for projects funded by International Financial Institutions (IFIs), including the World Bank, ADB, IsDB, and the European Union. His core expertise lies in conducting market research and opportunity analysis, building strong partnerships with international and national firms, and coordinating multi-disciplinary technical teams to ensure proposal compliance and competitiveness. With a background that includes infrastructure, energy, and environmental sectors, he brings a solid approach to project budgeting, cost control, and risk assessment.
At MRC Türkiye, his responsibilities encompass the end-to-end business development process, from identifying new tender opportunities and setting up international consortiums to the lead preparation of technical and financial proposals and contract negotiation.
