Oğuzhan Aydoğdu graduated in 2022 from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering at Sivas Cumhuriyet University. After gaining technical and operational experience in the distribution sector, he works as a Network Maintenance and Operations Engineer at MRC Türkiye. During this period, he has positioned his engineering competencies within a more strategic framework and has taken an active role in field and operational processes.
In line with MRC Türkiye’s free and innovative working environment and team-oriented approach, he has worked in harmony with different disciplines; within the scope of the Distribution 2.0 vision, he has contributed to the execution of processes in a more integrated, planned, and data-driven manner. This experience has enabled him to further develop his engineering perspective and to gain the ability to evaluate the bigger picture more clearly.
