As a legislative requirement, EDCos propose CAPEX plan of upcoming Tariff Period (TP) at the end of previous period. Arising from 5 main investment characteristics and various complementary investment item, EDCos are obliged to justify budget proposal considering Network Investments, R&D Dissemination, Legal Obliged Investments, Network Operation System Investment and Other Expenditures.
Through recurring contracts, main services provided by recurring contracts are given below:
- Analysis of Investment Budget Utilization in Previous TPs
- Definition of the Investment Strategy in the next TP
- Identification of Investment Justifications and Proposal of Multi-Scenario Budget Allocation
- Design of Revenue Requirement Model
- Calculation of Effects on Revenue Cap
- Preparation of the Justification Report
- Participation in EMRA Negotiations if Necessary.
