The main purpose of the assignment is to provide consultancy to the distribution system operator for SCADA/DMS/OMS investment project.
The investment project comprises four main components: a) implementation of SCADA and DMS/OMS applications in Main, Emergency and Regional Control Centers b) integration of enterprise IT systems with SCADA/DMS/OMS system c) installation of substation/distribution automation equipment and infrastructure on the grid d) installation of SCADA communication infrastructure (xDSL + 3G).
The scope of consultancy work performed in the project includes conceptual design and of all the components of the project, prepare the commercial and technical specifications and provide consultation during the tender evaluation and contract negotiations, up to the signing of the contract.
SCADA/DMS/OMS Consultancy Projects was conducted for four different electricity distribution companies.
