Objective of this contract is collection and utilization of the data in long-term planning and modeling and enhancing statistics and energy planning functions of the Ministry.
Work under this contract should build on energy statistics and energy planning functions of the Ministry, analyzed during Phase 1 Project Within this project, the modeling tool(s) fulfilling the requirements described ave to be implemented and necessary training shall be provided for Ministry staff.
