After privatization of electricity distribution companies, due to the requirements of business processes standardization, organizational and operational Reconstruction, definition of existing workflows and discrepancies, reconstruction of operational processes and revision of organization chart with respect to up to date requirements are provided. In addition to these, projects that will increase site operation efficiency and workforce management specification is prepared.
Tasks/Activities
- International Benchmark of TREDAS with comparable distribution companies,
- Creating process maps of existing core processes (distribution network investment processes, distribution field activities, retail processes and retail activities),
- Developing business process improvements for each business processes
- Standardization of field activities,
- Creating alternative scenarios for cross-regional and cross-functional field operations,
- Preparation of a conceptual design for Workforce Management System and Hand-Held Devices,
- Preparation of the technical specifications for WFM System and HHDs as well as assisting the tendering processes
