After privatization of electricity distribution companies, due to the requirements of business processes standardization, organizational and operational Reconstruction, definition of existing workflows and discrepancies, reconstruction of operational processes and revision of organization chart with respect to up to date requirements are provided. In addition to these, projects that will increase site operation efficiency and workforce management specification is prepared.

- International Benchmark of YEDAS with comparable distribution companies,
- Creating alternative scenarios for cross-regional and cross-functional field operations.
- Analyzing business processes and developing business process improvements in accordance with national regulations and company objectives.
- Re-designing existing business processes from quality and cost perspective.
